To assure quality, we apply a 4-step approach to our translation process:
1. Project Analysis and Team Selection
The Project Manager will collect all the data which is crucial for drawing up a work schedule including: specific customer requirements, subject area, objectives, deadlines and any other project requirements. Then the Project Manager will carefully select a team of professionals (translators, editors, proofreaders, technical experts and QA specialists) who will work on your project. This selection is based on the previously gathered information and on the specific skills and expertise of each specialist.
2. Translation, Editing and Proofreading
After translation has been performed according to our stringent quality standards, our team of editors will initiate a document review to check the accuracy of the translated text and address issues of language nuance. The edited version will then require proofreading for style, graphics and other client specifications. This third quality check will assure that your document is error-free and that your message flows as if it had been created in the target language.
3. Delivery
On the set due date, MULTILINGUA will deliver the final version in a format according to the customer’s specific requirements. The document will be delivered by mail, hard copy or via fax.
4. Follow-up
As the final step to our quality control process, we monitor the level of our service after delivery to ensure total customer satisfaction.
